Can anyone use Mohjo?

You must be in Australia and over the age of 18.

Why Mohjo?

Mohjo greatly increases the ease of access for patients Australia wide, and connects them with Doctors and healthcare providers from the comfort of their own home. This is especially important for patients that live in rural areas and are far away from a clinic, where travelling can be burdensome and expensive. And this is also extremely important for patients with disabilities and mobility issues where going to a clinic can be an actual really hard ordeal on them.

Does Mohjo offer pathology referrals?

Yes, there’s a wide range of standard tests your doctor might require to assess your condition. So once you take the test your doctor will review the results, and  pending the results if required a doctor will contact you, or discuss with you in your follow-up appointment to discuss treatment options.

I’m in Isolation, how do I order treatment?

No matter where you are isolating, we can conveniently deliver your order anywhere anytime. Just make sure you update us with your best delivery address at the time of order. It’s a good idea to regularly confirm address with Mohjo.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes, EasyPay options are available.

Can I buy now and pay later?

We are currently working on integration with a provider. Watch this space.

Am I speaking to a doctor in Australia?

Yes, every Doctor is a qualified and Australian resident registered doctor.

 

What happens if I miss a call regarding my consultation?

If you miss the call don’t worry, they will call you back. Which means a doctor’s consultation is only a click away.

How do I book a consult?

Are my products made in Australia?
Yes, made in local in partner compounding partners. With the intentions of obtaining optimum results for your requirements
Can I have fast delivery?
For the extra convenience you can have your medication delivered discreetly to your home or office as well, within 3-5 business days after you pay, unless there are any major delays in shipping. We will notify you via our website or personally.
When are the opening hours?
Currently from 8am- 7pm NSW eastern standard time Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm Saturdays. Please specify your preferred times in your communications with us.
Can I claim on Medicare?

Unfortunately, Medicare benefits are not claimable for any program that Mohjo provides. However for heart health consultations through our heart health clinic partners, Medicare benefits may be available in some circumstances. You can enquire with our heart health partners at admin@mohjo.com.au

When I complete my program do I remain locked into a subscription?
That’s up to you, There is a ‘pay-in-full’ or ‘subscription’ option. Once you complete your treatment, you can decide if you would like to consult with your GP again, or in subscription situations, you can decide if you wish to continue in a subscription after the minimum term, or not. What treatments do you provide at Mohjo?

Current Australian law requires not to not disclose the names of treatments until a professional assessment and consultation has been held by an experienced GP.

Is a prescription guaranteed?
Providing our Doctors assess that you’re a candidate for treatment and your doctors are happy that the medication will be suitable and effective for you, your order can be processed and you will receive it within 3-5 business days.
How much does it cost?

A initial booking fee with GP is $100, which will be credited towards your consultation price. 

What happens if my prescriber approves a treatment for me?

Once consult is paid, your doctor will send your prescription to the pharmacy and your medication will be sent out in 3 to 5 days. Your program ensures you’ll be getting optimal results and you will be happy with your results.

What should I prepare before my GP consult?

Take your temperature first thing in the morning and record it. 

Ensure you have completed the patient intake form, signed, and return it back to Mohjo for your Doctor to assess before the consultation.
